Your duties will be

• preparing the data for analysis;
• processing and analysing data sets, making reports;
• developing and implementing new auxiliary tools
• extending the financial model based on MS Access with new functionalities, modifying existing functions, preparing new queries for reporting purposes
• preparing monthly and quarterly reports
• preparing ad hoc reports based on received data
• automating or simplifying the new data uploading process into the model with the use of VBA / modification of the existing code
• providing the controlling department with technical support, problem solving, suggesting new solutions
• supporting automation of ongoing activities by using advanced functions of the MS Office package

Our requirements

• university degree in: IT, accounting, finance or related to the competencies of a Business Analyst
• experience in cooperation with the controlling department – obligatory
• advanced skills in MS EXCEL (pivot tables, advanced functions), ACCESS, VBA (code reading and editing), practical knowledge of the languages: SQL and Power Query
• at least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst – obligatory
• good work organization skills, responsibility and independence
• ability to work in a team
• experience in the work with Power BI – an asset
• knowledge of English (B2/C1) – an asset
