Your duties will be
- ensuring proper operations of the financial department (accounting, controlling, reporting, taxes, risk management, financial liquidity)
- analysing business models, recommending solutions, co-shaping Company’s strategy, bringing on the profitability perspective and building corporate values
- managing the data effectively, using the potential of data for business development
- coordinating and supervising over the financial budget preparation and inspecting its compliance with the financial plan
- monitoring ongoing results, drawing conclusions and recommending solutions concerning specific business challenges
- implementing effective financial processes, controlling and reporting, using global solutions and tools
- managing the team, adjusting department functionalities to the business’ needs and its development, developing the attitudes and competencies of a business partner within the team
- establishing and maintaining internal standards and procedures compliant with Group requirements in the area of reporting, controlling, budgeting
- cooperating with IT department, understanding of IT systems and solutions, implementing improvements, initiating and managing projects at the local and regional level
- direct reporting to Managing Director of the Company in Poland and functional reporting to the Management Board
Our requirements
- university degree in: Economics, Marketing and Economy, Finance and Accounting etc.
- at least 5 years of experience on a senior financial position including the responsibility for managing the team, financial policy and subsequent functions: accounting, controlling, budgeting, reporting, financial information flow
- practical knowledge of English (B2/C1) – an asset
- experience in the work in an international company
- leadership: change management, vision, delegating responsibility, building involvement, accepting challenges, building competencies of a business partner in the financial team,
- experience in the business recommendations field: business models analysis, recommendations of solutions from the financial perspective,
- decision-making skills
- experience in change implementation (digitalization, automation, reorganization) and strategic projects management
- strategic thinking, recognizing trends, employing business opportunities, analytical skills, drawing conclusions and recommending solutions
- very good work organization skills, efficiency, orientation on goals
- efficient skills in communication, negotiations and building business argumentation
