Controlling Manager

Your duties will be

  • managing and supporting planning tasks, and preparing annual as well as 5-year plans compliant with MSR/MSSF
  • preparing variants and/or simulation of the expected economic and financial situation, and suggesting development directions in the area of finances
  • preparing financial analyses and reports in order to provide financial feedback to the management team and external authorities in compliance with to MSR/MSSF
  • ability to adopt a critical attitude towards the existing procedures, analyses and reports as well as measurements within the organization, including the development of KPIs
  • developing internal procedures and other regulations concerning the rules for establishing and supervising financial plans, as well as preparing management reports
  • analysing the influence of changes in internal and external regulations, including EU regulations, laws, MSR/MSSF on financial situation
  • conducting comprehensive analyses in the area of finance (analysis of the capital cost, simulations for unit fees based on given business scenarios);
  • preparing and reporting cost bases
  • supporting tools creation and implementation in the area of organization and functioning of the controlling system and ERP systems
  • verifying data quality within controlling systems and suggesting optimization activities
  • cooperating with the accounting department in regards to correctness of recording economic events

Our requirements

  • university degree: Finance and Accounting, Economics or related
  • at least 3 years of experience in controlling within the organization with annual turnover over PLN 50 MLN
  • advanced knowledge of: Access, Excel including Power Query, Power BI, additional asset will be knowledge of SQL, VBA and ERP (SAP, IFS, Comarch, Simple etc) class systems;
  • ability to work both individually and collectively
  • practical knowledge of English (B2/C1) – an asset
