Your duties will be

• supervising over handling HR and payroll documentation as well as over proper fulfilment of payer’s duties,
• supervising over the HR and payroll team operations, providing support in the area of changes in the labour law provisions and related laws,
• inspecting the correctness of payroll calculations within the employment relationship and under civil law contracts as well as other employment relationship benefits,
• implementing improvements in the area of HR and payroll,
• participating in formulation of internal legal acts concerning HR and payroll,
• preparing reports, statements, summaries for external and internal purposes,
• organizing own work and the work of the subordinate team.

Our requirements

• University degree
• 5 years of experience on a similar position, strictly related to team management
• very good knowledge of Comarch Optima
• willingness to introduce process modifications, improvements and optimizations in the HR and payroll sector
• very good knowledge of: the labour law provisions and social insurance, the Civil Code (in the area of the conclusion of civil law contracts), general data protection regulation, tax regulations (concerning the calculation of personal income tax)
• knowledge of MS Excel
• interpersonal skills, impeccable manners, responsibility and independence
