HR and Payroll Specialist

Your duties will be

• handling personnel files independently
• preparing HR documents
• preparing referrals for occupational medicine examinations (initial, periodical, preventive)
• keeping holiday records, validity records of medical examinations and OHS trainings
• issuing income and employment certificates
• handling HR matters upon Clients’ order
• preparing and sending payslips independently
• preparing and submitting declarations/reports to Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), Statistics Poland (GUS), State Fund for the Rehabilitation of Disabled People (PFRON) and Tax Offices (US)
• contacting the institutions in personnel-related matters
• handling the matters connected with Employee Benefit Fund (ZFŚS) and Employee Capital Plans (PPK)
• conducting and handling the inspections of state institutions (e.g., US, ZUS, National Labour Inspectorate PIP) independently

Our requirements

• university degree
• 3 years of experience on a similar position
• good knowledge of Comarch Optima
• very good knowledge of: labour law and social insurance regulations, the Civil Code (in the area of conclusion of civil-law agreements), general data protection regulation, tax regulations (in the area of personal income tax calculation)
• knowledge of MS Excel
• interpersonal skills, impeccable manners, responsibility and independence
