Your duties will be

• preparing reports required by law and submitting them to Statistics Poland (GUS)
• ensuring implementation of the provisions of Client Agreements
• cooperating in presenting the opinions concerning Client Contracts referring to the scope of services
• providing Clients with comprehensive financial feedback in a timely manner
• inspecting recorded data correctness
• inspecting accounting documents from the formal and accounting perspective, and in regards to correctness of VAT deduction as well as qualifying the purchases to tax deductible expenses
• preparing and submitting INSTRASTAT declarations
• preparing/verifying tax statements
• preparing monthly and annual managerial reports for Clients and Statistics Poland (GUS)
• preparing annual and periodical reports according to the Accounting Act
• preparing bookkeeping policy for the Client

Our requirements

• university degree: Economics, Finance and Accounting etc.
• 3 years of experience on a similar position
• knowledge of Comarch Optima
• good knowledge of tax regulations (CIT VAT) and the Accounting Act
• knowledge of MS Excel
• interpersonal skills, impeccable manners
